“When I decided to buy a new PC, I had a lot of concerns about ensuring I got the one that met my needs and did so for a good price. I had a look at several of the larger computer building companies, but didn't feel confident about making a purchase, as the service was very impersonal. When I contacted water cooling design through their website, I got a reply the next day that was genuinely helpful in advising me on my build and was easy for me to understand, despite not being very in the know about computer hardware (I checked with a friend who is and they agreed with the recommendations made and the price is quoted as being very reasonable). I had a few specific needs for my build that were discussed, and I was given multiple good options. Over a few emails, all of which were replied to speedily and helpfully, we got the build finalised and a good price set. After placing the order, I was kept in the loop throughout the build process with multiple update emails, despite the wait between purchase and delivery being short. My new build was hand delivered to my house and all my questions around my new water-cooling system were answered. It has been a few days, and the build has surpassed my expectations; it is super-fast, incredibly powerful and almost entirely silent. Despite cosmetics not being high on my list of priorities, the build is also beautiful to look at! I'm a very satisfied customer and will be recommending Water-cooling Design to my friends who are looking for a new high-powered computer.”
